I have been an entrepreneur and business coach in the hospitality industry for two decades and excel in leadership. Initial Off-Site Consultation:
Hosted over Zoom, I learn about your establishment, its current challenges, and the desired outcomes.
On-Site Audit(s):
Depending on your business type, 1-3 on-site visits will be scheduled. These visits are usually unplanned in order to establish a fair critique.
Web Presence Audit:
Your business website and social media accounts will undergo a thorough audit and recommendations will be made.
In-House Coaching Session + Wrap Up:
I will spend time with you and your team to report audit results and make recommendations on how to move forward.

Pricing
Begins at $5000.
Travel by vehicle within 25 miles of the Metroplex in included. Meals and most spa services are included in pricing.
For clients who run boutique hotels and bed & breakfasts, guest room accommodations, parking, and any additional guest stay fees are required to be provided in addition to pricing.
